Petit Sirah is the perfect wine in combination with many rich foods including dark chocolate, beef and venison. All the fruit was lovingly grown and cared for on our own private estate in St. Helena.
Please consider the fact that there is a big difference between a defective (or bad) bottle of wine and a wine that you simply don't like. If you think the wine is truly defective then please let us know and we will arrange for you to receive a replacement of the same wine if possible.
