Please consider the fact that there is a big difference between a defective (or bad) bottle of wine and a wine that you simply don't like.  If you think the wine is truly defective then please let us know and we will arrange for you to receive a replacement of the same wine if possible.  If, on the other hand, you simply don't like the taste of the wine then call us at 845-680-9463 to discuss what you don't like so we can make a note and guide you to wines more to your taste.
